fuck what the advisor says! we wasted money on one last summer for my clothing company that i co-own..a bunch of dont do this and that for this x amount of time, wouldnt see profit for this amount of time, blah, blah..now 17months in, we are doing everything he said not to do, expanding and just fine! def dont listen to her about the before 30 thing..ummm, how many retard issues did i have in my 20's? LOL! broke, maniping and wounded? ha, well if my ass was able to buy a condo by 30, in Jack London Square of all places, she will be fine. a focused female is a scary thing!

Option #4 (most likely option)- you didn't use a wall anchor when you hung the picture and therefore the dry wall gave out and it fell on its own. What do you think? Possible? :)
